Yuncken - FE Crowle Award
The Australian
Institute of Building (AIB)
has an extensive awards program to support building professionals,
students and academic staff who deliver building and construction
management programs.
The Hansen Yuncken – FE Crowle Award for Teaching Excellence
perpetuates the memory of the late Frank Crowle who was a long-serving
member of the AIB Council and
of the architecture and building advisory committee for the (then)
South Australian Institute
of Technology. The award is made each year to a person who is
employed as a full-time lecturer in an
AIB accredited degree program. To be chosen for the award, the
person must have demonstrated a level of excellence in teaching.
AIB is pleased to announce that thanks to the support of Hansen
Yuncken, the prize associated with the Hansen Yuncken –
FE Crowle Award for Teaching Excellence will be a fully-funded
place on the AIB Dubai Study Tour
to be held over 1-8 November 2008. The value of the prize is approximately

The recipient of this prize will be announced at the dinner associated
with the 2008 AIB Professional
Excellence Awards which will be held in Adelaide on 26
September 2008.
