Bachelor of Property and Construction |
The Bachelor of Property and Construction is a one-year
full-time course which students undertake following completion of
the Bachelor of Planning and Design and the compulsory
twenty-six weeks of full-time work experience over one year. The
Bachelor of Planning and Design aims to provide all students
with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and
techniques for the design documentation of buildings and the administration
of building construction. Study areas for the Bachelor of Property
and Construction include construction management, building
economics and quantity surveying.
The course is often combined
in a dual degree with a Bachelor of Architecture or a Bachelor
of Laws.
