The Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) offered by Queensland University of Technology claims to be one of the best in Australia and ranked highly internationally. The courses have great flexibility with both a February and July entry. It features dedicated staff with excellent academics and industry track records.

QUT places emphasis on developing and maintaining cooperative links with industry and is supported by several major scholarships.

The courses are prescribed by the Queensland Building Services Authority Act (Qld) 1991 as satisfying both the technical and managerial qualifications required to obtain a building contractors’ licensing
