The secretariat for the AIB Research & Education Foundation is managed by the national office of the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), based in Canberra, Australia.  Individuals or organisations seeking grants from the Foundation should forward details of the proposed project to Troy Williams the Foundation's the Executive Officer. Upon receipt these will be forwarded to to the Trustees for consideration.

Questions concerning donations, bequests and sponsorship should also be also be directed to the Executive Officer.  Donations can be made for specific purposes, for named awards and / or grants or anonymously depending on the requests of the donor.  Free legal advice is also available to those wishing to leave a bequest to the Institute in their Will.
