AIB Qualification Accreditation - FormsTo facilitate the process of accrediting university courses, the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) agreed to coordinate their efforts, and the process is managed on behalf of all three organisations by AIB. When preparing for accreditation universities are advised to consult Publication 1 – Procedures For The Assessment Of Qualifications And The Accreditation Of Qualifications. This document and supporting annexures (forms) can be downloaded below: The Australian Institute of Building (AIB) has published these documents in the context of an arrangement to coordinate the assessment process for tertiary courses on behalf of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS). Through a series of cooperative agreements AIB will also accept accreditation of tertiary courses undertaken by the New Zealand Institute of Building (NZIOB) and the UK Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
