AIB Victoria - Authorised Nominating Authority

The Victorian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) was an Authorised Nominating Authority (ANA) under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (Vic) 2002 but has not sought continuance of its ANA status under the subsequent amendment to the Act. This may be reviewed in the light of any significant increase in future usage of the Act.

For those who wish to have an Adjudicator nominated under the Act, please refer to the list of ANA's list on the Victorian Building Commission's website.

For those seeking guidance with the Act of wish to engage persons experienced with the adjudications' process, the AIB Victorian Chapter has several members who are able to consult and provide expert advice and opinion.
