The Australian Young Builders Alliance is a grouping of students and recent graduates working in the building and construction industry.

The YBA is a dedicated group of young builders who provide targeted continuing professional development and networking opportunities to young builders across the country. Importantly, the YBA provides a voice for young builders at a national level. We need your participation to get things done so please don’t forget to contact us with your comments and opinions not only about young builder issues but building and construction in general. The YBA has branches at the following universities:

Each branch has an elected committee which also appoints a representative to the YBA national executive. Working in partnership with AIB's regional Chapters and the AIB national office, the YBA plays a significant role in the determining the direction of AIB.

Given AIB's network of overseas branches membership of the YBA is ideal for a young building professional seeking overseas experience.
