The 2008 AIB Arup Young Achiever of the Year Award provides international recognition to a young building professional who has demonstrated a commitment to their own career development and a proven willingness to give something back to industry and their community.

The 2008 AIB Arup Young Achiever of the Year Award will be bestowed upon an individual who is no older than thirty five years of age and has a demonstrated commitment to excellence in building and construction whilst providing leadership within the profession and the community.

Nominations close on 1 August 2008 and finalists announced on 1 September 2008. The winner will be announced at the dinner associated with the 2008 AIB Professional Excellence In Building Awards which is to be held in Adelaide on 26 September 2008.
