Reciprocal Memberships

NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE OF BUILDING (NZIOB)

The AIB have in place a mutually supporting agreement with the NZIOB to recognise each other’s membership structure. The intent of this agreement is to allow an AIB member to join NZIOB at a grade commensurate with their AIB membership level. Similarly, members of these organisations can join AIB at a grade commensurate with their NZIOB membership level. In all cases discounts on the full membership fee are available.

Members of NZIOB seeking to join AIB are required to submit their application in the standard fashion however unless extraordinary circumstances apply, they will be admitted at an AIB membership grade commensurate with their NZIOB membership grade. Members of NZIOB who wish to apply for membership of AIB and have questions regarding membership should contact the AIB Membership Office via e-mail at [email protected]
